Binary counter

Long time ago I made myself a binary counter, nothing speciall really, but yesterday I decided to upgrade it a little. Before the update you had to pull a lever or hit a button when ever you wanted the counter to tick. But now I've added a few things that make the counter finish a cykle with the single push of a button.
